How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Closet Circle account using either of the following methods:
Option A — Delete directly in the app
- Open the Closet Circle app
- Go to Profile
- Tap the Gear button
- Tap Delete Account
- Follow the confirmation prompts
Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
Option B — Request deletion via email
- Send an email to hello@closetcircle.app
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Send the email from the address associated with your Closet Circle account
We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm once your account has been deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently deleted within 30 days:
- Profile information (name, email address, profile photo)
- Uploaded clothing items (photos, descriptions, tags)
- Group memberships
