Information about Tracking Technologies

1. About Tracking Technologies

Tracking technologies include cookies, local storage, and software development kits (SDKs) that collect information about how a service is used. Cookies are small text files stored by your web browser; SDKs are code libraries embedded in mobile apps.

Closet Circle uses tracking technologies only for analytics — to understand how the app and website are used so we can improve them. We do not use any tracking for advertising, personalization, or marketing. All analytics are opt-in: no data is collected unless you give explicit consent.

2. Tracking in the Closet Circle App

Third-party data recipients

When you accept analytics cookies on the website, data is collected by and transmitted to:

  • Google LLC — headquartered in the United States. Google processes analytics data on our behalf under the Google Analytics Terms of Service.
  • Data is transferred from the EU/EEA to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal transfer mechanism.
  • Google may aggregate anonymized data across its services. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

4. How to Manage Your Consent

App

You can enable or disable analytics at any time in Settings → Privacy → "Usage Analytics". On first launch, the app asks for your consent before any analytics data is collected.

Website

You have full control over analytics cookies:

  • On your first visit — the consent banner allows you to accept or decline. Declining does not affect site functionality.
  • Change your mind later — use the button below to withdraw consent. This will remove any stored preference and analytics cookies, and reload the page so the banner reappears.
  • Browser settings — you can also delete cookies or block them entirely through your browser's privacy settings.
